Project Management & Contract Administration

Experienced, independent oversight of major works projects

Project management and contract administration for residential and commercial projects across London, led by Rudy Fattal MRICS.

A well-run building project depends on clear specification, sound procurement and careful oversight from start to finish. We act independently in your interest: making sure the work is properly specified, competitively procured, correctly carried out, and delivered to programme and budget. You deal directly with an experienced chartered surveyor throughout.

We do both residential and commercial properties, with projects ranging from small to very high value works.

Project Management

We manage building projects on behalf of clients — coordinating the works, managing the programme and budget, and keeping the project moving towards completion. The role is hands-on and independent: our focus is protecting your interests, controlling cost and quality, and giving you a clear point of contact who understands the whole project.

The service provided includes the following:

  • Understanding clients needs
  • Carrying out inspection
  • Preparing specification of works and submitting to client for comments and approval
  • Inviting tenders
  • Receiving, analysing and reporting tenders to client
  • Project managing the works through to practical and final completion

Contract Administration

We act as contract administrator on building contracts, with particular use of the JCT Minor Works Building Contract. As contract administrator, we:

  • administer the building contract between you and the contractor,
  • issue instructions and deal with variations,
  • certify payments at the appropriate stages,
  • and help bring the project to a properly documented completion.
